I'm 14 and i have medium length light brown hair. Im not sure if i should grow my hair out or if i should cut it shorter. Some of my friends say i should get hair that goes up to my shoulders with layers and some say i should grow it out longer. Im not sure what to do but I really want a new hairstyle. Not really scene hair though. Little less than that! Pictures would be awesome! THANKS! =]
