I want to cut my hair in layers, not take too much length off (it's just straight and boring now) and get nicer bangs. I also want to dye it all one color like a medium brown, because it is blonde now (I dyed it myself and my roots are really showing...I want to get it done professionaly just in case).
So to get those 2 things done how much would it cost there? Are there any other places where I can get it done for not an outrageous price (no more than 60)? I live in Chicago.
