u have a pretty avatar so im sure ur pretty. i know it hurt to hear that-especially from the guy you liked. he is a jerk, so forget about him. if you are over 11, then i am personally saying you are allowed to wear make-up...lol. dont over-do it! i learned THAT the hard way. however, you should ask your parents if they allow you to wear make-up. if not, it wont matter in the long-run. also, if you'd like, you could get a nice new haircut. anyways, confidence is most important to a guy at your age (you sound young if guys are immature enough to call a girl ugly!) most importantly, be yourself!
