I've got medium length blonde/brown hair and I have found little spots on my head. They REALLY hurt when my hairbrush hits them, I've used the same shampoo all my life so it cant be that.
What are these spots? How can I get rid of them?

Are they ingrowth hairs or pimples? Go to your doctor if they dont go away. Good Luck

Try changing shampoo. It may just be from the weather, have you been out in the sun?
