Are there any gentle shampoos recommended for everyday washing?

I've recently started working out more, and I tend to get sweaty. I used to wash my hair every other day or every three days, but now it feels gross not to wash my hair. I shower after every workout of course, but I'd really rather wash my hair every time too, and not be self-conscious about it. However, it can't be great for my hair to wash every single day like that. Are there any gentler shampoos you can recommend that would be easier on my hair? I'm Asian, and my hair is straight, medium-length and pretty thick. It's not particularly oily or dry.

If it's not too oily or dry it sounds pretty normal. Try using baby shampoo. It cleans just as good, and its as gentle as you can get. It smells nice too!

Well the most gentle I could think of is baby shampoo. It is gentle and it doesn't burn if you get it in your eyes! It's relatively cheap too!

I would use johnsons baby shampoo, if its gentle enough to use on a baby, its gentle enough to use on your hair.

Use a nice dove shampoo AND conditioner EVERYDAY! It is NOT that healthy to only wash every two-three days. You can however shampoo every other day and only condition. I am also Asian and have about the same hair. Just remember that the oils in your hair (even if it's not oily) can rub of on your face, neck, and so on and cause acne...
