Haircut ideas?!?

I have brown hair. Its medium length I guess.like 4 inches below my shoulder. Its really thick and curly but I straighten it out. I want a drastic change in my hair. Its just to simple. Like my layers are gone and my bangs are grown out. I want nicole richies bangs. But other then that I have no idea. I dont want it to short though. Thnx

I just got the most drastic cut of my life, I went from long thick curly blond hair to a cut very similar to Victoria Beckhams and colored it a rich brown. The thick hair really looks fantastic with this cut. It is alot easier to straighten since it is so much shorter. I have gotten so many compliments. You will love this and so will everyone else.
